Today’s blog post is dedicated to all of you who have taken the time to try out one of my patterns. I’m simply blown away by all the hard work you’ve done and all your imagination and creativity. I feel so honored and blessed that you stopped by the picnic and saw something you liked enough to try. You are all so talented!
Some of these photos were sent to me, but most were collected from over the Internet. If I missed yours, I’m really sorry. Please feel free to email photos of your work to squirrelpicnic{at}gmail{dot}com. I would love to see them and include them in a future post.
Thanks again. You all rock!

Dear friend I am so proud and so happy to see all these photos 🙂 The biggest award for us who create patterns and give them for free is this, to see our friends and followers get inspired by them, trying them out and enjoying them.
I sure was inspired and enjoy every single one I made following your patterns. Hardly have words to thank you for all your hard work and generosity.
Keep up with this wonderful work.
Love
Vanja

I’m just finishing a pair of gloves, then I’m going to attempt the chicken and baby. I’ve only made flat things before so I may be a while 😀

Wow! I’m so excited that Rainbow Chicken and Baby are on your crochet to-do list. How cool! Don’t worry, there’s no deadline. 😉

What fun to see all the different takes on your wonderful patterns. It makes me wonder how many more are out there. They are great patterns and the wheels are sheer crocheted genius. I love seeing mine up there. I feel like a kid with a gold star!! 😀

Thank you so much, Sharon. When others use my patterns, it just gives me such a thrill. And your MEAP was especially exciting. I remember how you even made up a story to go along with him… how he took care of feeding your crochet dragon (which by the way is adorable). Such creativity!
