I am grateful to my neighbor because he said I would never be able to do a chin up and I am going to be able to do 10 by the end of the year. (just as soon as my torn rotator cuff heals up) 😦
Good on you! That’s amazing. I can’t even do one pull up. But I think if I keep working on it, someday I will. Don’t ever give up, but make sure you let yourself heal first. I’m sending you good vibes for a speedy recovery.
