Day 9 ★ As predicted, Podge and I are sore from our workout yesterday. Podge reminded me that it’s important to not overdo it, so we took it easy today with a leisurely stroll down by the Ralston Creek. We stopped to admire all the flowers and birds and the spectacular view from the top of the pedestrian bridge.
